Designed By the Community, For the Community
Ä¢¹½TV serves as a catalyst for the regional economy, a rich cultural resource for community members and a nexus for life-enhancing research. Half of our graduates stay in Southwest Florida and contribute to its prosperity and well-being. They launch businesses that create jobs and serve you. They educate your children or grandchildren. They provide healthcare for the benefit of all. Our impact is all around you.
Arts
The Bower School of Music & the Arts presents 200 art, music and theatre events each year. The Arts Complex and Music Building are the cultural heart of campus.
Student Success
A 20:1 student-faculty ratio ensures smaller class sizes and personalized learning. More than 70% of students receive financial aid, and 64% graduate with no debt. Tuition has remained the same since 2013.
Sustainability
Ä¢¹½TV is committed to sustainability best practices in operations, academics, engagement and planning/administration, earning a gold rating from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (2024). Half of our campus consists of preserved or restored nature.
Community Impact
Ä¢¹½TV contributes about $600 million annually to the regional economy. With their service-learning commitment, students have cumulatively provided 5 million volunteer hours since 1997 to help individuals, nonprofit partners and communities.
Get Involved
The university's primary mission is educating the leaders of tomorrow. But there are many ways you can actively engage with Ä¢¹½TV and our students and alumni through established programs and special events. Attend an Ä¢¹½TV Academy lecture. Mentor a student. Cheer on a team.
