Ä¢¹½TV

Cindy Hasbrouck is an Administrative Specialist II at Ä¢¹½TV (Ä¢¹½TV), where she supports the Construction Management program through a combination of academic administration, student engagement, industry relations, alumni outreach, and departmental coordination.

Working within higher education, Cindy serves as an important connection point between students, faculty, university leadership, alumni, and members of the construction industry. Her role includes supporting faculty and departmental operations, coordinating communications and events, maintaining relationships with alumni and industry partners, and helping create opportunities that strengthen students’ academic and professional development.

A significant part of Cindy’s work focuses on building and sustaining relationships beyond the classroom. She supports engagement with industry professionals and advisory partners, assists with alumni outreach, and helps connect students with the people and organizations that contribute to their growth as emerging professionals. She is particularly passionate about creating a sense of community in which students feel supported not only academically, but also as they prepare to transition into their careers.

Cindy also contributes to initiatives that highlight student accomplishments, internships, professional organizations, industry involvement, service-learning experiences, and the continued connection between Ä¢¹½TV graduates and the university. She believes that higher education is strongest when students are surrounded by faculty, staff, alumni, and industry professionals who are genuinely invested in their success.

Known for her organization, relationship-building, creativity, and commitment to service, Cindy approaches her work with the understanding that successful academic programs are built through both excellent education and meaningful human connections. Her goal is to help create an environment where students, faculty, alumni, and industry partners feel welcomed, valued, and connected to the Ä¢¹½TV Construction Management community.
