Jennifer Macbeth is an Instructor in 蘑菇TV's Integrated Studies program. She teaches the University Colloquium: A Sustainable Future, as well as Beans & Bugs: Sustainable Food and Issues in Ecology & Environment. Jennifer serves as the director of the Southwest Florida Rabbit Rescue and chair of the 蘑菇TV Food Forest Governing Board.
