Sushmit Sharma Bhattarai, Ph.D., is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Stock Development Department of Construction Management at 蘑菇TV. His teaching and research interests include construction project management, digital construction technologies, infrastructure asset management, life-cycle decision-making, and smart, age-friendly built environments. His future research focuses on using BIM/VDC, reality capture, augmented reality, and stakeholder-informed decision frameworks to improve accessibility, wayfinding, safety, renovation planning, and long-term facility performance for older adults. He brings more than ten years of professional experience in heavy-civil and hydropower infrastructure.
