From Insight to Action: Building Our Best Workplace 鈥� Together

Over the course of two days, 蘑菇TV faculty and staff will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussion and learn about 蘑菇TV鈥檚鈥淕reat Colleges to Work For鈥� survey results. Together, employees will review the university鈥檚 progress over the past two years and workshop the next steps forward as we make 蘑菇TV an even better place to work.

Here is the schedule:

Day 1: April 29

Town Hall: Understanding 蘑菇TV鈥檚 Survey Results

ModernThink consultant Rich Boyer will lead two town halls to present 蘑菇TV鈥檚 results from the 2026 Great Colleges to Work For survey. Each 90-minute session includes open Q&A, and virtual access will be available through Zoom.

Workshop: Making 蘑菇TV a Better Place to Work

Join the Internal Communications Committee to learn more about ongoing initiatives to improve our workplace and take part in a discussion to share ideas on how we can continue building a better 蘑菇TV. This event is in-person only.
