All new students must submit their own photos via eAccounts.  

• Download the eAccounts app to upload a photo, and stay connected to Advanced Book Purchase, meal memberships, Eagle Dollars, etc. when on campus. 
• Steps and instructions to help walk through eAccounts can be found on the Update Your ID Profile page. 
• The photo submission process is guided and can be completed on the app or mobile or desktop browser. Students may take a new photo, or upload a previously taken image. 
• Once the student receives an email notifying them that their photo was approved, they can visit the Eagle ID Card Office to pick up a printed ID. If a student is strictly taking online classes, and will never visit campus, please send an email to smile@fgcu.edu with the notification.

Faculty and staff are eligible for an Eagle ID Card upon employment.  All employee information must be processed by Human Resources for an employee to receive an Eagle ID card. 

• Download the eAccounts app to upload a photo, and stay connected to Advanced Book Purchase, meal memberships, Eagle Dollars, etc. when on campus.  
• When submitting a photo, a photo of a valid government-issued ID is required for verification. 
• Steps and instructions to help walk through eAccounts can be found on the Update Your ID Profile page. 
• Once you receive an email notifying you that your photo was approved, you can visit the Eagle ID Card Office to pick up a printed ID. Please contact the Eagle ID Card Office if you are not required to come to campus for your employment and need to make arrangements to receive your Eagle ID Card. 
• OPS employees who are not students are also eligible and must be processed through Human Resources prior to receiving an Eagle ID. 
• Faculty and staff IDs contain door access information and should be treated as keys.

UPDATE YOUR PROFILE

There is a $15.00 fee to replace your Eagle ID Card. 

Individuals can obtain a replacement card at no charge if the card is a:

• Frozen/Malfunctioning Card: If there is no visible damage to the black MAG stripe on the back of the card, the card itself has no visible damage and the malfunctioning card is the current ACTIVE card in the system OR the card was issued more than 3 years ago.
• Legal/Preferred Name Change: A replacement card for a legal name change will be issued at no charge if the old card is returned.
• Stolen Card: A replacement card will be issued at no charge as long as a police report is provided to the Eagle ID Card Office.

How can I get a replacement?

On Campus

To pay the $15 replacement fee with a credit/debit card or Eagle Dollars, please go directly to the Eagle ID Card Office (Enrollment Services Center).

To pay the $15 replacement fee with cash or check, please visit the Cashier's Office (ESC). Bring your receipt to the ID Card Office to receive your replacement card.
