What verification should faculty, staff, and students have ready? When coming into the Help Desk be prepared to show either your Eagle ID card (preferred) or valid Government Issued ID. If you call into the Help Desk, you may be asked to join a Microsoft Teams call so that we can do a visual verification of you while you hold up your identification. This is a security step so that we can ensure that we're speaking with the correct person.

To manage your account, use the ; enroll in the portal as soon as possible to enable password reset ability without the need to contact the University Help Desk for assistance.

Your 蘑菇TV account provides access to many 蘑菇TV resources and services. With your 蘑菇TV account information, you can:

• • Access email from any device and location with an Internet connection
  • Utilize Microsoft Services such as OneDrive, Teams, Office Online, and many others
    • Download Microsoft Office 365 (see and ) on your personal computer(s)
  • Access to systems such as:
    • Workday
    • Banner
  • Log into any computer on campus
  • Access 蘑菇TV network resources such as:
    • Personal file storage (W: drive)
    • 蘑菇TV鈥檚 private WiFi network
    • Network printers
  • LinkedIn Learning @ 蘑菇TV

Any time you receive a suspicious email, do not reply or click any links in the message; just delete it. If you need help determining if the message is malicious, forward email to University Help Desk.

If you believe your 蘑菇TV account has been compromised in any way, please change your password immediately, and contact the University Help Desk.

Voicemail is provided to both faculty and administrative staff through the Microsoft Teams Calling platform.

It is the responsibility of the owner to set up their voicemail once MS Teams Calling is set up. Setting up MS Teams Calling consists minimally of recording the owner's name and setting up voicemail.

Connect your wireless device to eduroam, a secure, world-wide service that allows you to obtain wireless connectivity across our campus and at other participating institutions by using your 蘑菇TV login credentials. More information is available in the instruction page.

Note: Wi-Fi and network upgrades started summer of 2025, with completions in South, West, and North Lake Villages, academic buildings Holmes, Ben Hill Griffin, Reed, Edwards, and Seidler Halls, and will continue through the coming years for the entire campus.

蘑菇TV has implemented a software adoption process to explore software options and submit software requests proactively, ensuring that all requested software is properly tested, licensed, and deployed by the start of each new term.

• Need extra software?  Install requests are required by any faculty or staff member that needs a software application available in a classroom, lab, or office. For more information, visit the Software Install Request page, which also includes that is a software delivery method using an app store where faculty, staff, and students can access and use their software from any Windows computer.

This is the first step to initiate a 鈥渢echnology as a service鈥� endeavor that has a defined scope and is conducted within a specific timeline to accomplish a specific goal, such as to solve a business problem. Classroom Podium Quick Reference Guides

CRN Distribution Lists can be used by faculty to email鈥痚veryone in a specific class. These lists are generated approximately three weeks before classes start and are valid for that semester only.  

The prefix for all CRN lists is 鈥渃rn鈥� followed by the course code and term, using a 01 for Spring, 05 for Summer, and 08 for Fall.

EXAMPLE: crn11501202101@eagle.fgcu.edu

Use the CRN address in the 鈥�To鈥� field, create your email as usual, and send; each member of the class will receive your message. To learn more:
