Congratulations to Kelsey Habermehl for receiving the Shady Rest Scholarship.

Kelsey is a second year DPT student at 蘑菇TV. She received her bachelors in Exercise Science from 蘑菇TV. She is certified through ACSM as an Exercise Physiologist and has worked with a variety of populations in exercise training and programing. She works as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer at University Recreation & Wellness at 蘑菇TV and loves to teach cycle and other HIIT style classes. In her spare time, she enjoys running and going to the beach.
