The Division of Student Success & Enrollment Management aspires to create a holistic, meaningful, innovative, and exemplary campus environment that will transform students’ lives in their quest for academic achievement and career success.

The mission of the Division of Student Success & Enrollment Management is to create a campus-wide culture of student success through focused admissions, creating external classroom and co-curricular experiences that facilitates learning which encourages the retention, persistence, and timely graduation of students.  We achieve this by:

• Providing meaningful and substantive opportunities for students to find their passion and further define their purpose;
• Creating a campus culture and student life experience where different viewpoints are heard and where all students and staff feel included;
• Creating seamless pathways for students to achieve their academic and career goals;
• Offering comprehensive health services that support the physical, mental and emotional well-being of students;
• Refining existing and creating new leadership development programs that enhance the personal growth and development of students and professional staff;
• Making data-driven decisions around specific intervention strategies that support retention, persistence, and degree completion;
• Maintaining and expanding high-quality academic support services that maximizes academic achievement, persistence, and degree completion; 
• Offering programming that facilitates engagement and connection to the larger campus community.
