CAS Unit Planning
Unit Planning occurs in every unit down to the department level at 蘑菇TV. Each unit is asked to set goals and align them with the . These documents guide the College of Arts and Science鈥檚 planning and decision-making processes. CAS uses the information from the CAS Annual Charrettes and other CAS Family events to build community, develop unit plans and fulfill a shared vision for the college.
In the Spring of 2025 the College launched its 4th Annual Charrette that centered around looking back at last year鈥檚 unit plans as a college, thinking about this year鈥檚 planning goals as units and considered the results of the Great Colleges to Work For Survey data specific to CAS. A full report was generated over the past summer.
