CMS Content Regions

A is a button that once clicked, opens up the text editor. Content regions can be found inside of the pcf page only in edit mode.

If you can't see a content region, make sure you're in edit mode. The edit tab should be highlighted:

Using Multiple Content Regions
Primarily editors should only use the first content region, but the additional content regions are acceptable to be used for organization.
