There are many predefined content blocks or Snippets that you can use to speed up your web editing process and to give your page a more professional look and feel.

Note: Some Snippets support parameter properties at the header of the table.

Step 4: Save & Publish

Once done editing, click the Save and/or Publish button.

Save and Publish

This will bring up the Publish dialog. The Publish Target allows you to select the server where the page will be published to. There are 2 website servers, one is the main public server(Production = www.fgcu.edu) and the test server(Development = ) . It is recommended to publish to deveopment server first to see how the final page will look like(specially if you are doing drastic changes in your page), then publish to production.

Note: The system will do multiple checks (spelling, broken links, and accessibility) before you can publish. In some cases, specially if there are Accessibility Issues, the Publish button will not enable until the issues are solved.

This completes the process of publishing an existing page. You can learn more about Creating a New Page, Basic Editing, Uploading Files, and more in the Knowledge Base section.
